COVID-19 Health & Safety

The wellbeing of our attendees, speakers, sponsors and staff is our top priority. DJS Conf will follow the latest guidance from the Dutch government (RIVM) and the City of Amsterdam to provide a safe, enjoyable in-person experience.

Please review the measures below—compliance is required for entry to the conference.

1. Before You Arrive

• Vaccination / test: No proof is currently mandated by Dutch authorities; or by us.
• Symptoms: If you experience fever, coughing, sore throat or loss of smell/taste, do not attend. Email ticket@djsconf.com to transfer your pass free of charge.
• Travel rules: Check up-to-date entry rules for The Netherlands at reizentijdenscorona.nl.

2. At the Venue

• Ventilation: Beurs van Berlage is equipped with modern HVAC that meets EN 16798-3.
• Sanitiser: Touch-free dispensers are located at every entrance and breakout room.
• Cleaning: High-touch surfaces (handrails, door handles, microphones) are disinfected hourly.
• Food & beverage: Individually portioned meals; outdoor courtyard seating available.

3. Mask Policy

Masks are not required.

4. Ticket Refund & Transfer

If you cannot attend due to COVID-19 symptoms or travel restrictions, we will:

• Transfer your ticket to another person free of charge, or
• Defer your ticket to the 2026 edition, or
• Provide a full refund (minus €15 processing fee).
