Workshops take place on Friday 26 September 2025, followed by the main conference on Saturday 27 & Sunday 28 September 2025 at Beurs van Berlage in the heart of Amsterdam.

All tickets grant access to 90+ talks across four tracks, breakfast pastries, hot buffet lunch, afternoon networking drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, a swag bag and post-event video recordings. “Full” tickets add a VIP breakfast with keynote speakers, a conference T-shirt and priority seating.

Yes. We have a limited allocation of € 49 student passes (valid student ID required) and a Diversity Scholarship programme covering 50 full-access tickets. Applications open 1 April 2025.

Absolutely. Every keynote and breakout talk is captured in 4 K and made available to attendees within seven days of the event. Selected talks will later be published on YouTube.

Beurs van Berlage offers step-free entrances, elevators to all floors and accessible restrooms. Dedicated seating areas are reserved in each hall. Contact us at accessibility@djsconf.com for any specific requirements.

Yes. Tickets are transferable free of charge until 20 September 2025. Email tickets@djsconf.com with the new attendee’s details and we’ll update the badge and invoice.

The Netherlands is part of the Schengen Zone. Visitors from most EU/EEA countries do not need a visa. Non-EU citizens may require a short-stay Schengen visa. We can issue an invitation letter once your ticket is paid—email visa@djsconf.com.

All sessions are delivered in English. Live captions in English are provided in the main hall.

Of course. During checkout you can specify vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher or allergy requirements. Our caterer labels every dish clearly.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them or defer to the 2026 edition. Exceptions are made for visa denials or documented medical emergencies. See full terms in the Registration page.

Our Call-for-Proposals (CfP) is open until 15 May 2025. Submit a 300-word abstract at cfp@djsconf.com. First-time speakers are encouraged—mentorship is available!
